Meet Carla Waters
Carla Waters
Carla began her real estate career shortly after moving to Gulf Shores in her early 20’s. Her career focus was in real estate development, and she served in various roles from administrative support to vice president. She also was active in the local chamber of commerce serving multiple terms on the board of directors, as well as the executive committee. While working in condominium development, Carla served on several association boards in leadership roles. Her desire to help people and get to know them on a personal level has always been a leading force in her professional life.
Carla’s real estate sales and broker licenses enabled her to bring valuable expertise and practice to her professional arena throughout her career. She earned her Alabama real estate license and shortly thereafter, her broker’s license in her twenties. In addition, Carla holds a master’s in organizational communication from the University of South Alabama, with undergraduate degrees in business and communication, and business management.
“Helping people has always been the best part of my job. I am so excited to join Scout South Properties as an associate broker to help our community with their real estate needs,” said Carla. She and her husband, Bill, reside in Robertsdale with their two labs on 10 beautiful acres. Carla is a follower of Christ, loves being ‘Nanni’ to her four year old grandson, and enjoys family, friends, reading, and the outdoors.
